Chart 1 shows the basic model to provide access to rights, which is the most sustainable way of poverty reduction:

Human rights agreements, peace treaties, and laws are implemented through: training of the lawyers, public information and direct legal assistance to displaced people

Public influencing is developed on the basis of the obstacles encountered in the field while providing assistance, through lobby, advocacy and public awareness activities, involving the lawyers’ communities.

Civil society building through network activities of the mobile teams and with the lawyers community through human rights training and exchange meetings, and empowering the local partner organisations.
These combined activities on and exchange between the different national and international levels provide practical legal solutions on the field level
